Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please check your junk folder if you haven’t received any email notification of shipment. Keep in mind that shipping time depends on our delivery partners ability and the level of shipping you choose.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates will vary depending on your shipping address, weight of the items you purchase and whether you choose regular or express shipping timeframes. All domestic and international shipping quotes can be seen at checkout based on your chosen parameters.

Tracking

To offer our clients the safest shipping option we provide a trackable reference number for all orders. In case of a delay or lost item it is possible to track down where the system has failed.

Loss of Items

We are not responsible for items lost in transit but we will do our best to find a satisfying solution as we work with our shipping partner Australia Post.

Breakages
