Barite Crystal Healing Properties:

Barite helps to link us to our highest purpose and higher self. It acts as a magnet to high frequency energy, and activates and clears blockages in the upper chakras allowing for a stronger connection to intuitive abilities. Barite assists us to recognise where we must let go and allow change, in order for our evolution to occur. In this way it can help us to understand and release trapped negative emotions which no longer serve us and replace them with love. Believed to stimulate memory and facilitate information retention it is also useful for dream recall.

Barite History and Uses:

Barite derives its name from its Barium content, it can be found in colours of blue-green, colourless, gold, red, white, pink or yellow. One form of Barite can be found in a circular, concentric bladed crystal formation resembling flowers, called Sand Roses, Rose Rocks and Barite Roses. They are formed by the forces of wind, water and pressure in dry, arid regions due to the evaporation of a shallow salt water basin. These formations are most commonly found in Oklahoma USA, where they were named the official state rock in 1968. Used in body layouts, Barite is thought to remove toxins from the body, soothe the nervous system and to help in the recovery of addictions. Crystal grids of Barite can be used to help heal Gaia as the energy flow this stone brings is the understanding that all things are possible and it can help us create a strong connection with Nature and the Devic realm.

Barite Geological Description:
